This place is a gem: 1) perfect location - Tram line A from the airport to Porte de Bourgogne Tram stop (costs 1 euro 80) then a 5 minute walk to the hotel. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby and very close to the city centre 2) spotlessly clean both in our room and all public areas 3) friendly staff with a 24 hour reception so always someone on hand if you need them 4) we had a studio for a 4 day stay - everything you could possibly need - crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee machine, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, microwave, fridge, 2 ring electric hob, toaster - and a laundry facility if you need it. 5) lovely powerful shower with lots of hot water 6) the most comfortable firm bed ever! 7) we had a small patio/terrace which was such an added bonus for us as we hadn't expected it - but given the unseasonably warm weather we had in mid/late October is was great to sit outside and enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of tea

Location was quiet, and away from the noisy Victor Hugo Blvd. ,but close enough to use the many services on this main street. One being the tram stop only 7 minutes walk. Room was small, but had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bed had a wonderful mattress and soft linens. Iron and full size ironing board , safe and hair dryer. Lights above headboard were a nice touch. Kitchenette had a toaster, tea kettle and coffee machine. Plus dishes, flatware and a pot and pan. Cook top, microwave and small fridge perfect for my stay. I did make breakfast and a couple of dinners during my stay. There was a laundry room with paid washer and dryer near the lobby very convenient. The property is very secure and clean, and if you stay check out the back exit/entrance, nicer street to walk with good sidewalks, and bikes to lent! Last but not least the staff is very friendly and helpful… was a great stay.

The staff. They were brilliant, from Walid, the front desk manager to Michelle, the delightful trainee on the front desk who went out of her way to explain lots of things to my wife and myself. She was simply superb as were all the others. They seemed to be happy doing what they are doing. I cannot speak more highly of them. Ah, there's the Caribbean lady who speaks fluent English, French and Spanish. She was a joy as well. I think they take their attitude from Walid, who went out of his way to try and resolve the air conditioning problem in our room. Although he could not resolve it, he was very engaged and did all he could do.

Lovely, clean and well thought out apartments. Staff could not have been more helpful and everything is catered for. The area in St Michel is not nice overall and grungy but staying here is quiet and easy to walk to main sites. We loved how peaceful it was at night. Great to have laundry room after two weeks travelling. Would Definitely recommend. A/c very welcome. We had issue with tap and sink and it was replaced immediately by Mustaf. We didn’t have breakfast but many people staying appeared to, it looked very nice. We had nice drink on our ground floor ‘patio’ outside our room one night and it was lovely.

My favorite hotel (so far) in France!! Absolutely wonderful location, great onsite parking, spectacular hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful, with a bar and food you can order in the lobby. I was able to easily rent a bike to get around town. The location is secure and safe. The room itself was lovely. There was an outdoor balcony and huge comfortable bed. I stayed in the tiny studio and at first wasn’t sure where to put my bags, but there was a huge drawer under the bed and I loved being able to “put away” my belongings. I can’t say enough about how great this place was.
